The entire deployment stack is Vercel-locked: bootstrap.ts creates Vercel projects, unified-loop.ts uses triggerVercelDeploy and waitForDeployReady, env vars are pushed to Vercel via pushEnvVarsToVercel. The self-hosted deployment guide exists (docs/self-hosted-deployment.md, 45KB) but in-product cloud deployment only supports Vercel. Bolt.new has 'Bolt Cloud' with enterprise-grade hosting. Replit has its own hosting. Factory.ai is platform-agnostic. Enterprise customers on AWS or GCP cannot use the autonomous deploy pipeline — this is explicitly a blocker for the Enterprise plan's 'self-hosted' tier mentioned in the architecture docs.
