SaaS Factory generates releases and release notes in the releases table and even has a blogPost field — but there is no public-facing changelog page at /changelog or within the built product's template. The template includes a changelog-modal.tsx component and a changelog router but it's internal-only and not surfaced as a marketing asset. Given SaaS Factory's unique value proposition ('your product improves every night'), a live public changelog for each managed product is a powerful proof point that directly converts the mission into visible user value.
