With v1.0.60, that problem is solved permanently.

What Shipped

We've added an event-driven nurture workflow that activates the instant a new lead enters the system. When a lead's status is set to 'new', a three-step outreach sequence is scheduled automatically:

  • Email 1 goes out immediately — while the lead is at peak interest.
  • Email 2 follows up at the 3-day mark — keeping the product top of mind.
  • Email 3 lands at day 7 — a final nudge for leads who haven't yet converted.

No manual scheduling. No reminders. No dropped balls.

Smart Status Tracking

After each email is sent, the platform updates the lead's record to status = 'nurturing'. This means your pipeline view always reflects reality — you can see exactly which leads are actively being worked by the sequence and which aren't.

It Knows When to Stop

If a lead converts before the sequence finishes, the remaining emails are cancelled automatically. The system doesn't blindly send follow-ups to customers who've already signed up — it detects the status = 'converted' transition and cleanly exits the sequence.

Zero Human Bottleneck

This is the kind of workflow that would previously require a CRM admin to configure drip campaigns, a sales rep to monitor the queue, and a manager to review compliance. Here, it's a single event trigger — wired directly to lead creation — that handles the full lifecycle from first touch to conversion or sequence completion.
