v1.0.59 introduces a scheduled workflow that runs every morning at 08:00 UTC. It sweeps your entire active pipeline, identifies deals that haven't moved in too long, and takes immediate action — no human required.

Stage-Aware Staleness Detection

Not all pipeline stages have the same urgency. A deal in early prospecting can reasonably sit for two weeks; a deal in active negotiation should never go three days without movement. The workflow knows the difference:

AI-Generated Next Actions

  • Surfaced in the deal detail view via the aiNextAction field — so it's visible the moment someone opens the record
  • Pushed as a real-time notification if the deal or account has a notification channel configured

Zero Configuration Required

The workflow activates automatically with this release. No setup steps, no pipeline configuration, no rules to write. If you have open deals, they are already being monitored.

Notifications require a notification channel to be configured on the deal or account. If none is set, AI insights are still generated and stored — only the push notification is skipped.
