Admin — Course List & Management Dashboard

The Course Management Dashboard is the central interface for administrators to view, organise, and act on every course within their organization.

Overview

After logging in as an administrator, navigate to Admin → Courses to access the dashboard. You will see a paginated list of all courses belonging to your organization, along with controls to manage each one.

Course List

The list displays one row per course. Each row includes the following columns:

ColumnDescription
Course TitleThe name of the course.
StatusPublished or Unpublished — indicates whether learners can currently access the course.
Enrollment CountThe total number of learners enrolled in the course.
Last UpdatedThe date and time the course content was most recently modified.
ActionsShortcut buttons to Edit, Publish/Unpublish, or Delete the course.

Pagination

For organizations with large course catalogues the list is paginated. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages.

Course Actions

Each course row exposes three actions:

Edit

Opens the course editor where you can update course details, structure, lessons, and media.

Publish / Unpublish

Toggles the visibility of the course to learners.

  • Publish — makes the course accessible to enrolled learners.
  • Unpublish — hides the course from learners without deleting any content or enrollment data.

Delete

Permanently removes the course and all associated content from the organization. This action cannot be undone. You will be prompted to confirm before the deletion is carried out.

Permissions

The Course Management Dashboard is available to administrators only. Standard learner accounts do not have access to this interface.
