Goal Setting, Milestone Tracking & AI Routing

Version 1.0.105 introduces a structured goal-setting system for members, backed by AI-driven milestone planning, programme routing, and habit recommendations.


Overview

Members can now define personal goals at the start of a 12-week cycle. Each goal is countersigned by their coach, broken into weekly milestones by the AI engine, and paired with a recommended programme track and habit stack. Completing a goal triggers a celebration and gives members the option to share the achievement with the community.


Setting Goals

  • Members may set up to three active goals within a single 12-week cycle.
  • Goals are entered via the member's profile or the onboarding flow at the start of a new cycle.
  • Each goal must be countersigned by the member's assigned coach before it becomes active. Until countersignature is received, the goal is in a Pending Approval state.

Coach action required: Coaches will receive a notification when a member submits a goal for review. Goals can be approved, returned for revision, or declined with a note from the coach dashboard.


Weekly Milestones & Progress Timeline

Once a goal is activated, the AI engine generates a week-by-week milestone plan spanning the 12-week cycle.

  • Each milestone represents a measurable checkpoint toward the overall goal.
  • The full progress timeline is visible to both the member and their coach.
  • Milestone status updates automatically as relevant training and tracking data is logged.

AI Programme Track & Habit Stack Recommendations

After goals are set and approved, the AI engine analyses the member's goals alongside their training history and health data to recommend:

Habit StackA set of daily or weekly habits — such as sleep targets, nutrition checkpoints, or mobility work — that complement the recommended programme.

Members can accept the AI recommendation or work with their coach to select an alternative track.


Goal Completion & Celebrations

When a member completes a goal:

  1. An in-platform celebration is triggered — acknowledging the achievement within the member's experience.
  2. The member is offered the option to publish the achievement as a community post, sharing the milestone with other gym members.
  3. The completed goal is archived in the member's goal history for long-term progress tracking.

Notes

  • A maximum of three active goals may exist within a single 12-week cycle. Members must complete or close an existing goal before adding a new one once the limit is reached.
  • The AI routing and habit stack recommendations are generated at the point of goal activation and can be reviewed at any time from the member's goal dashboard.
