Affiliate Gym Licensing & Onboarding

Posibl now supports an affiliate licensing model, allowing other functional fitness gyms to operate the full Posibl platform under their own branding. This page explains what the affiliate licence includes, how pricing works, and what affiliate gyms can expect at onboarding.

What Is Affiliate Licensing?

Affiliate licensing lets a gym owner — a box owner, affiliate operator, or multi-location fitness business — license the Posibl platform and deploy it to their own members under their own brand. The affiliate gym retains its identity while gaining access to the complete Posibl operating system.

This is designed for:

Independent functional fitness gyms that want a best-in-class digital platform without building their own
Affiliate networks or franchise groups that want a consistent toolset across multiple locations
Box owners who want to offer members the full Posibl experience under their own branding

Every affiliate licence includes the full Posibl feature set:

Branding

Affiliate gyms operate the platform under their own brand. This means your gym's name, logo, and identity are surfaced to your members — not Posibl's. The underlying platform is fully powered by Posibl.

Pricing

Monthly per-box licence fee — billed per gym location per month
Volume discounts — available for operators running multiple boxes or affiliate networks with several locations

Onboarding

When a gym is onboarded as an affiliate licensee:

A new isolated tenant is provisioned for your gym
Branding configuration is applied (name, logo, colours)
Admin access is granted to the gym owner
The full platform feature set is activated — programme builder, athlete management, billing, and community tools
Existing member data can be migrated or new members can be invited directly

Multi-Box Operators

If you operate more than one gym location, each box is licensed individually but can be managed under a shared account structure. Volume discounts apply at the account level across all licensed locations.
