GDPR Consent Management & Data Export

The platform provides members with full visibility and control over how their personal data is used — in compliance with GDPR. This covers consent for health data integrations, AI coaching, and coach visibility, as well as the ability to export all personal data.
Consent-Gated Features
The following features require explicit opt-in consent before they become active for a member:

No data flows into any of the above systems until the member has explicitly opted in.
Consent Records
Every consent action is recorded with:
- Timestamp — the exact date and time the consent was given or withdrawn.
- Consent version — the version of the consent text that was accepted, enabling traceability if consent language changes in future releases.
This audit trail is maintained server-side and cannot be edited by the member or the gym.
Managing Your Consents (Members)
Reviewing Active Consents
- Navigate to Account → Privacy & Consents.
- A list of all current consents is displayed, showing the feature, the date consent was given, and the consent version accepted.
Withdrawing Consent
- From the Privacy & Consents screen, locate the consent you wish to withdraw.
- Select Withdraw.
- Withdrawal takes immediate effect — the associated feature will no longer have access to your data.
Note: Withdrawing consent for health data integrations will pause data syncing from connected wearables. Withdrawing AI coaching consent will disable personalised programming. Withdrawing coach visibility consent will remove your data from your coach's dashboards.
Personal Data Export
Members can download a full export of all personal data held on the platform.
How to Export
- Navigate to Account → Privacy & Consents.
- Select Download My Data.
- The platform will prepare an export file covering all personal data categories associated with your account.
- Once ready, the file will be available to download.
The export includes data across all categories linked to your membership — training records, health metrics, consent history, and account information.
Notes for Gym Owners & Coaches
- Coach access to member health and performance data is only available where the member has given consent. If a member's data is not visible in your dashboard, they have not yet opted in or have withdrawn consent.
- Members who withdraw consent or export their data are exercising their statutory rights. Deletion requests should be handled through your normal data subject request process.
- Consent records are available in the admin panel for compliance auditing purposes.
