With the new Live Chat & Web Capture Widget, those visitors become NurtureHub contacts — automatically categorised, recorded, and nurtured — before they've even closed the tab.


What Is the Widget?

The Live Chat & Web Capture Widget is a lightweight JavaScript snippet you embed on your agency website. It gives you two capture channels in a single installation:

  1. Live Chat — visitors start a conversation with your agency; the transcript is transcribed automatically and used to classify intent
  2. Lead Capture Forms — visitors submit their details via a form embedded on your site; the form itself indicates the contact category

Both channels feed directly into NurtureHub and trigger personalised nurture sequences immediately.


How It Works

Live Chat

  1. A visitor starts a chat on your website
  2. The conversation is automatically transcribed
  3. NurtureHub's AI reads the transcript and classifies the visitor's intent into one of the 12 contact categories (e.g. Seller, Landlord, Buy-to-Let Investor, Active Tenant)
  4. A new contact is created in NurtureHub with the chat transcript attached
  5. The Journey Architect fires immediately, generating a personalised three-email nurture sequence

Lead Capture Forms

  1. A visitor completes a lead capture form on your website
  2. Their submitted details — including the form-indicated category — flow directly into the NurtureHub contact store
  3. The Journey Architect fires immediately, generating a personalised three-email nurture sequence

AI-Powered Intent Classification

For live chat, you don't need to ask visitors to fill in a category field. NurtureHub's AI reads the conversation and determines which of the 12 contact categories best fits the visitor's intent — the same categories used everywhere else in NurtureHub:

  • Seller
  • Landlord
  • Buy-to-Let Investor
  • Active Tenant
  • (and 8 further categories)

The classified category drives the nurture sequence content, ensuring every visitor receives emails that are relevant to their situation from the very first touchpoint.


Immediate Nurture on Capture

Both capture channels are wired directly to the Journey Architect. The moment a contact is created — whether from a chat transcript or a form submission — NurtureHub generates a personalised three-email nurture sequence in your agency's brand voice. This happens in real time, meaning nurture can begin before the visitor has even left your website.


Installing the Widget

The widget is installed by embedding a JavaScript snippet in your website's HTML. No third-party tools, no complex configuration — a single script tag is all that is required. Once installed, both live chat and lead capture forms are available and fully operational.
