Score Dimension Breakdown Chart

As of v0.1.63, every product dossier includes a visual breakdown of its four composite opportunity score dimensions. This makes it fast to identify the relative strengths and weaknesses of any opportunity without reading individual numeric scores.

Overview

The chart appears on the product dossier page alongside the overall composite opportunity score. It renders as either a horizontal bar chart or a radar chart, giving a proportional view of each scoring dimension side by side.

Reading the Chart

• All dimensions score high — strong all-round opportunity; likely worth prioritising.
• High demand, low replicability — proven market appetite but significant build complexity; consider scoping down.
• High replicability, low demand — easy to build but limited market signal; validate further before committing.
• High competitive gaps — incumbents have notable weaknesses; differentiation opportunity is clear.

Technical Notes

• Rendered client-side using Chart.js or recharts.
• No external service, API key, or network request is required for the chart to render.
• Chart data is derived entirely from the same scoring pipeline that produces the composite opportunity score — no additional processing step is needed.

Where to Find It

Open any product dossier from the ranked results dashboard. The dimension breakdown chart is displayed within the dossier alongside the overall score, auto-drafted mission statement, suggested feature list, and competitor weakness analysis.
