Email Preview & Spam Score Check

Email Preview & Spam Score Check

Before approving a generated nurture sequence, NurtureHub lets you visually preview each email and check it for spam-trigger issues — all from the sequence review UI, without ever leaving the page.

Email Preview Pane

The sequence review UI includes an inbox-style preview frame that renders the full HTML email as recipients will see it.

Mobile / Desktop Toggle

Use the toggle at the top of the preview pane to switch between:

ModeViewport
DesktopFull-width inbox rendering
MobileNarrow mobile viewport rendering

This lets you verify that email layout, images, and text remain readable across device types before you approve and send.

Spam Score Check

Click the Spam Score Check button in the sequence review UI to analyse the email's content for common deliverability risks.

How It Works

  • Analysis runs entirely client-side — email content is not sent to an external service.
  • Heuristics are modelled on SpamAssassin-style rules, covering the most common patterns that inbox filters flag.
  • Results appear inline alongside the preview pane immediately after the check completes.

Output

The check returns:

  1. An overall spam score — a numeric indicator of aggregate risk.
  2. Specific warnings — each warning identifies the exact issue found, for example:
    • ALL CAPS detected — extended use of uppercase text
    • Too many exclamation marks — excessive use of !
    • Matched spam trigger words — specific terms commonly blocked by filters

Recommended Workflow

  1. Open the sequence review UI after a nurture sequence is generated.
  2. Read through the email in the preview pane, toggling between desktop and mobile views.
  3. Click Spam Score Check to run the analysis.
  4. Address any warnings in the email content (edits can be made inline).
  5. Re-run the check to confirm the score has improved.
  6. Approve the sequence once satisfied.

Note: A low spam score improves deliverability but does not guarantee inbox placement. Domain reputation, sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and list hygiene also affect delivery rates.

Availability

This feature is available in the sequence review UI for all generated nurture sequences. No additional configuration is required.
