See Every Nurture Touchpoint in One Place: Introducing the Nurture History Tab

Release: v1.0.72

As your database grows and contacts move through multiple nurture sequences over months or years, keeping track of the full relationship history becomes critical. With v1.0.72, NurtureHub adds the Nurture History tab to every contact detail page — a single, structured view of everything that has ever happened between your agency and that contact, from the first email sent to the most recent intent score spike.

What's in the Nurture History Tab

Sequence Timeline

Every sequence the contact has been enrolled in appears in the timeline — both historical and currently active. Expand any sequence entry to see granular email-level statistics:

MetricDescription
SentWhether the email was successfully delivered
OpenedWhether the contact opened the email
ClickedWhether the contact clicked any link within the email

This makes it straightforward to see which messages landed and which were ignored, without leaving the contact record.

Intent Score Progression Chart

The intent score chart plots the contact's score over time, spanning all sequences. At a glance you can see:

  • When engagement peaked or dropped off
  • How a contact responded to specific sequences
  • Whether a recently re-enrolled contact is more or less engaged than in a previous sequence

Alerts Triggered

A chronological log of every hot lead alert that fired for this contact. Each entry includes the timestamp and the sequence context in which the alert was generated, so you can correlate high-intent moments with the outreach that caused them.

Outcome Notes

Agents can now close the loop directly on the contact record by recording a nurture outcome. Three statuses are available:

  • Converted — The contact has become a client or completed the desired action
  • Not interested — The contact has opted out or indicated they are not looking to proceed
  • On hold — The contact is paused; no active nurture is appropriate right now

Outcome notes are saved against the contact and visible inline within the timeline, so any agent picking up the record immediately understands where things stand.

How to Use It

  1. Open any contact record in NurtureHub.
  2. Select the Nurture History tab from the contact detail navigation.
  3. Review the sequence timeline — expand individual sequences to see email-level stats.
  4. Check the intent score chart to understand engagement trends over time.
  5. Review any alerts that were previously triggered for this contact.
  6. If a nurture relationship has reached a conclusion, select an outcome (Converted, Not interested, or On hold) and save.

Who Benefits Most

This feature is particularly valuable for:

  • Senior negotiators reviewing a contact before a call, wanting full context on prior outreach
  • Branch managers auditing nurture quality across the team
  • Agents re-engaging cold contacts, needing to understand what was tried before and how the contact responded

The Nurture History tab is available immediately on all plans. No configuration is required — historical sequence data is automatically surfaced for all existing contacts.
