We're shipping a new module in v1.0.76 that brings referral program management and partner relationship tooling directly into the platform — with automated tracking, commission calculations, a self-service partner portal, and dedicated analytics.
The problem it solves
Running referral and partner programs typically means stitching together spreadsheets, manual commission reconciliation, and external tools that don't talk to each other. Tracking who referred whom, calculating what they're owed, and giving partners any visibility into their own activity has historically required significant manual effort.
v1.0.76 brings all of this into one place.
What's included
Referral program management
Create structured referral programs with configurable eligibility rules, unique referral links per participant, and automatic conversion tracking. From the moment someone shares their referral link to the moment a conversion is recorded, the system handles attribution without manual intervention.
Partner relationship management
Onboard resellers, affiliates, agencies, or integration partners with dedicated partner profiles. Partners can register deals to claim commission credit, and internal teams get a unified view of both direct and partner-sourced pipeline.
Automated commission calculations
Define flat-fee, percentage-based, or tiered commission structures at the program or partner-tier level. When a qualifying conversion occurs, the commission is calculated automatically and queued for approval — no more end-of-month spreadsheet reconciliation.
Partner portal
Partners get their own self-service portal — no full platform license required. They can track their referral activity, monitor deal status, view commission earnings, and download statements, all without involving your internal team.
Referral analytics
Built-in dashboards cover conversion rates, top referrers, partner contribution by deal value, and total commissions accrued. Filter by date range, program, or partner tier to get the view you need.
Getting started
- Create a program — Go to Referrals → Programs → New Program and configure your first referral program.
- Add partners — Go to Partners → All Partners → Add Partner to onboard your first partner and send them a portal invitation.
- Configure commissions — Define your commission structure within the program or partner tier settings.
- Monitor performance — Use the analytics dashboards under Referrals → Analytics and Partners → Analytics to track results.
