Introducing the agentOS Native CRM Connector

Introducing the agentOS Native CRM Connector

Release v1.0.48 · NurtureHub

Starting today, NurtureHub connects natively to agentOS — no middleware, no manual exports, no copy-pasting between tabs. This release delivers what we promised when we set out to build NurtureHub: a platform that slots directly into the tools UK property agents already use, and makes AI-powered nurture genuinely invisible to operate.

The Problem with "Integrations"

Most CRM integrations in proptech follow the same pattern: a Zapier zap, a nightly CSV sync, or a webhook that fires some of the time. You get data that's hours old, fields that don't quite match, and a growing list of contacts that exist in one system but not the other.

Agents shouldn't have to manage that gap. That's what NurtureHub was designed to eliminate.

What the agentOS Connector Does

Real-time, both ways

The connector uses agentOS's native REST API and webhook infrastructure to keep both systems in sync within seconds, not hours. When a new contact lands in agentOS, NurtureHub knows about it immediately — and when NurtureHub's AI scores that contact as a hot lead, that status is written straight back into the agentOS contact record.

Agents working inside agentOS see nurture outcomes without ever opening NurtureHub. Agents working inside NurtureHub see CRM activity without ever opening agentOS. Either way, the data is the same.

Activity events as engagement signals

Viewings, valuations, and offers aren't just logged in agentOS — they're consumed by NurtureHub's intent scoring engine as real engagement signals. A landlord who books a valuation gets a score uplift. An applicant who submits an offer moves toward the hot lead threshold. The AI doesn't just look at email opens; it sees the full picture of what that contact is doing across your business.

Field mapping that understands property

We built the field mapping specifically for the agentOS data model and the NurtureHub contact model. Applicant types, tenancy statuses, property interests — all of it maps correctly to NurtureHub's twelve contact categories. That means when a contact comes in from agentOS, NurtureHub already has a strong signal about which nurture sequence they should receive.

How to Get Connected

Setup takes under five minutes:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → agentOS in NurtureHub.
  2. Click Connect agentOS and complete the one-time authorisation.
  3. NurtureHub registers the webhook with agentOS automatically — nothing to configure on that side.
  4. A full contact import runs immediately, then all further updates happen in real time.

You need an agentOS account with API access enabled. If you're not sure whether your agentOS plan includes API access, check with your agentOS account manager.

What This Means for Your Setup

If you are already using NurtureHub without the agentOS connection, enabling the connector will:

  • Import any contacts from agentOS that don't yet exist in NurtureHub.
  • Begin writing engagement scores and hot lead flags back to agentOS from that point forward.
  • Start feeding agentOS activity events (viewings, valuations, offers) into your intent scoring in real time.

Existing nurture sequences and contact data in NurtureHub are unaffected.
