ROI Attribution Dashboard

The ROI Attribution Dashboard gives agency owners and team leads a clear, data-driven view of the business value NurtureHub is generating. It consolidates campaign revenue attribution, funnel performance, and email engagement into a single, filterable workspace — no spreadsheets or manual data pulls required.


Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to Analytics → ROI Dashboard from the main navigation. The dashboard loads with a default date range of the last 30 days. All views on the page respond to the global filter bar at the top.


Dashboard Views

Campaign ROI Summary

The top-level summary card shows:

  • Attributed Revenue — the total revenue linked to contacts that progressed to an outcome through a NurtureHub journey.
  • Platform Cost — your current billing cost for the period.
  • ROI Ratio — attributed revenue divided by platform cost, expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 14×).

Attribution uses a last-touch model by default: an outcome is attributed to NurtureHub if the contact had an open, click, or reply in the 90 days prior to the outcome being recorded.


Per-Journey-Type Performance

A ranked table and bar chart showing conversion rates and attributed outcomes broken down by journey type. Use this view to identify which email sequences are most effective at moving contacts to hot lead or outcome status.

Per-Category Conversion Funnel

A staged funnel visualisation for each of the twelve contact categories. Each funnel shows the drop-off at every stage:

Contacts → Engaged → Hot Leads → Outcomes

Supported categories:

  • Seller
  • Landlord
  • Buy-to-Let Investor
  • Active Tenant
  • (and the remaining eight predefined categories)

Select a specific category from the filter bar to isolate its funnel in detail.


Per-Agent Leaderboard

Ranks agent personas by the number of attributed outcomes over the selected period. Columns include:

  • Agent / Persona
  • Contacts Managed
  • Hot Leads Generated
  • Outcomes Attributed
  • Average Time to Outcome

Use this view during team reviews to identify high performers and to spot agents who may benefit from additional support or training.


Email Performance Metrics

Aggregate email engagement stats compared against industry benchmarks for UK property agencies:

Benchmarks are updated quarterly. Metrics that exceed the benchmark are highlighted in green; those below are highlighted in amber.


Attributed Outcomes Timeline

A chronological chart plotting attributed outcomes over time. Use this view to:

  • Correlate campaign launches with spikes in outcomes.
  • Identify seasonal patterns in lead conversion.
  • Present trend data in board or management reporting.

The timeline supports daily, weekly, and monthly granularity, selectable from the chart toolbar.


Filters

All dashboard views respond to the global filter bar:

Filters are applied simultaneously across every view on the page.


Exporting Reports

Every view includes an Export button (top-right of each card) that downloads the underlying data as a .csv file. The filename includes the view name, applied filters, and date range for easy filing.

To export the full dashboard in one action, use Export All in the page header. This produces a multi-sheet .csv archive containing all six views with the currently applied filters.

Tip: Use the 12-month date range and export the Campaign ROI Summary to generate a ready-made annual performance report for board packs or landlord reviews.


Data Freshness

Dashboard metrics are refreshed every 4 hours. The last-updated timestamp is displayed in the page footer. If you need the latest data immediately, use the Refresh button in the page header to trigger a manual recalculation.
