Self-Serve Pricing Is Live: Pick a Plan, Ship Faster

Self-Serve Pricing Is Live: Pick a Plan, Ship Faster

Release v1.0.124

From day one, the platform's mission has been simple: zero human bottlenecks. Zero human engineering team. Zero human marketing team. Zero human support team. And — critically — zero human sales team.

Until today, that last one had a gap.

The landing page showed off the platform's capabilities: autonomous agents, beast-mode supercycles, AI-generated code shipping to production around the clock. But if you wanted to actually sign up and pay for a plan? There was no pricing page. There was no plan selector at sign-up. Every conversion from visitor to paying customer required manual intervention — which is exactly the bottleneck this platform exists to eliminate.

v1.0.124 closes that gap entirely.

What shipped

A real pricing page

Visitors can now see every plan tier — Free, Pro, and Enterprise — with clear pricing, credit allocations, and feature entitlements. Each card has a direct CTA. No forms to fill out, no sales calls to book, no "contact us for pricing" dead ends.

The page is built directly on top of the existing schema: users.plan drives the tier model, and the creditTransactions table backs the credit figures shown on each card. The UI and the database are now speaking the same language.

Plan choice at sign-up

Previously, the sign-up flow created your account and dropped you onto the free tier without asking. Now, you pick your plan before your account is created. If you choose a paid plan, Stripe Checkout handles billing inline. If you choose Free, you're in immediately.

No friction. No surprise. No "upgrade later" dark pattern.

In-app upgrades, fully self-serve

Already have an account? You can upgrade your plan from within the product at any time. Stripe processes the payment, your users.plan record is updated, and your new credit entitlements apply immediately. No ticket, no email, no waiting.

Why this matters

Every great self-serve SaaS has a pricing page that converts. Bolt has one. Lovable has one. Replit has one. v0 has one. These aren't afterthoughts — they are primary conversion mechanisms. The platform now has one too.

More importantly, this is the platform eating its own dog food. The same self-serve billing infrastructure it helps other products build — Stripe integration, plan-gated features, credit-based usage — is now fully operational for the platform itself.

The loop is closed. A visitor can land on the page, evaluate the plans, enter a card, and be running autonomous agents within minutes. No human required at any step.

What's next

With self-serve conversion in place, the next layer is optimization: conversion rate analysis, plan recommendation logic, usage-triggered upgrade prompts, and churn prediction. The foundation is live — now the autonomous revenue machinery can build on top of it.
