Every coach, personal trainer, physio, and specialist on the platform now has a dedicated profile page — a professional home base that lives both inside the app and on the Posibl website.
What's Included
Dedicated Profile Pages
Each practitioner gets a structured profile page covering:
- Credentials — Qualifications and certifications that establish professional credibility.
- Specialisms — Defined areas of expertise so members can quickly find the right practitioner for their goals.
- Social Links — Direct links to external social profiles and websites.
- Custom Branding — Profile-level branding options to reflect a practitioner's individual identity or business.
Follow Mechanic
Members can follow any practitioner directly from their profile. Following a practitioner surfaces their activity — sessions, updates, and posts — in relevant feeds, making it easier for members to stay connected with the coaches and specialists they work with.
In-App Directory
Practitioner profiles are listed in the app's practitioner directory. Members browsing for a coach or specialist can filter and discover practitioners based on specialisms and credentials without leaving the app.
Posibl Website Presence
Profiles are also published publicly on the Posibl website. This gives practitioners a discoverable presence outside the app — useful for attracting new clients or sharing a professional profile link externally.

Setting Up Your Profile
- Navigate to your practitioner account settings.
- Complete the Credentials and Specialisms sections.
- Add any Social Links you want to display publicly.
- Configure Custom Branding options to personalise your page.
- Your profile will automatically appear in the in-app directory and on the Posibl website once published.
Notes
- Profile pages are available to all practitioner account types: coaches, personal trainers, physios, and specialists.
- The follow mechanic is available to all members with an active account.
- Custom branding options are scoped to the individual practitioner profile and do not affect gym-level or platform-level branding.
