DD-Specific Sidebar Navigation & Command Palette Quick Actions

The dashboard layout has been updated to give Direct Debit operations their own dedicated space in the sidebar and command palette. This makes it faster to navigate to the most-used DD screens and surfaces important status information without requiring a full page load.
Sidebar Navigation
Five DD-specific items have been added to the sidebar:

| Mandates | View, search, and manage all DD mandates across your customer account |
| Collections | Browse scheduled, in-progress, and completed BACS collections |
| Alerts | Review and acknowledge system alerts raised by threshold monitoring |
| Reports | Generate collection success, clawback history, and mandate activity reports |
| DD Settings | Configure per-customer settings: hold periods, clawback thresholds, alert recipients, and collection limits |
Status Badge Counts
Two sidebar items display a live numeric badge so you can see actionable items at a glance — no need to navigate into the section first.
Mandates — Pending Invites
The Mandates nav item shows the count of mandate invites that have been sent but not yet completed by the tenant. Once a tenant completes their mandate form and the mandate is active, the invite is no longer counted.
Alerts — Open Alerts
The Alerts nav item shows the count of unacknowledged alerts. This count decrements as alerts are acknowledged, either individually or in bulk.
Tip: A non-zero Alerts badge always warrants attention — it may indicate a clawback reserve breach, an unusual collection volume, or a high mandate creation rate.
Command Palette Quick Actions
The command palette (typically opened with a keyboard shortcut) now includes three DD-specific quick actions:
Send Mandate Invite
Opens the mandate invite flow directly. Use this to quickly generate and send a tokenised mandate form link to a tenant without navigating through the Mandates section first.
View Upcoming Collections
Jumps to the upcoming collections view, filtered to show collections scheduled within the next BACS processing window. Useful for a fast pre-collection day check.
Acknowledge Alerts
Navigates directly to the alerts screen with focus on the acknowledgement action. Useful when the Alerts badge count is non-zero and you want to triage quickly.
