Property Management System Integration — Bi-directional Sync with Reapit, Jupix, Fixflo & Arthur Online

Property Management System Integration

Version introduced: v0.1.26

The platform now connects directly to the major UK Property Management Systems (PMS), providing bi-directional sync of property and tenancy data. If your team already manages a portfolio in Reapit, Jupix, Fixflo, or Arthur Online, you no longer need to re-enter that data manually.

What Gets Synced

  • Properties — address, unit details, and associated landlord records.
  • Tenancies — tenant details, tenancy start/end dates, and deposit amounts.

Data is imported automatically when a PMS connection is first established, then kept up to date through ongoing bi-directional sync.

How It Works

  1. Connect your PMS — navigate to Settings → Integrations and select your PMS platform.
  2. Authorise access — follow the OAuth or API key flow for your chosen platform.
  3. Initial import — existing properties and tenancies are pulled in automatically. This may take a few minutes depending on portfolio size.
  4. Ongoing sync — changes made in your PMS (new tenancies, updated addresses, etc.) are reflected here automatically. Changes made on this platform are written back to your PMS.

Important Notes

  • Each PMS platform uses its own authentication method. Have your PMS credentials or API key to hand before starting.
  • Bi-directional sync means changes in either system will propagate. Review any existing records before connecting to avoid unintended overwrites.
  • If a record exists in both systems with conflicting data at the time of first connection, the PMS record is treated as the source of truth during the initial import.

Troubleshooting

Sync not running? Check that your API credentials have not expired in your PMS settings. Re-authorise the connection from Settings → Integrations if needed.

Missing properties after import? Some PMS platforms filter records by active status by default. Confirm the properties are marked active in your PMS.

Duplicate records? If properties were entered manually before connecting a PMS, contact support to run a de-duplication review.
