Organization Branding — Logo & Color Scheme

Organization Branding — Logo & Color Scheme

Organization administrators can apply custom branding — a logo and a primary brand color — to all learner-facing pages. This enables a basic white-label appearance per tenant, so learners see a consistent brand identity when accessing the course catalog, lesson player, and dashboard.

Who Can Configure Branding

Branding settings are available to organization administrators only. Each organization manages its own independent logo and color scheme; changes made by one tenant do not affect any other tenant.

What You Can Configure

SettingDescription
LogoAn image file uploaded by the administrator, displayed on learner-facing pages.
Primary Brand ColorA color value applied as the primary theme color throughout the learner interface.

Where Branding Is Applied

Once configured, your logo and primary brand color appear on the following learner-facing surfaces:

  • Course Catalog — The page where learners browse and discover available courses.
  • Lesson Player — The interface learners use to view and interact with lesson content.
  • Learner Dashboard — The learner's home page showing enrolled courses and progress.

Note: Branding does not affect the administrator console. It applies exclusively to learner-facing pages.

Setting Up Organization Branding

Upload a Logo

  1. Sign in as an organization administrator.
  2. Navigate to your organization's Settings area.
  3. Locate the Branding section.
  4. Click Upload Logo and select an image file from your computer.
  5. Save your changes.

The logo will immediately appear on all learner-facing pages for your organization.

Set a Primary Brand Color

  1. In the same Branding section, locate the Primary Brand Color field.
  2. Enter your desired color value (e.g. a hex code such as #3B82F6).
  3. Save your changes.

The selected color is applied as the primary theme color across the learner interface.

Multi-Tenancy Behavior

Branding is scoped entirely to the individual organization (tenant):

  • Each organization has its own logo and color scheme.
  • Learners from different organizations see only the branding configured for their own organization.
  • There is no shared or platform-level default branding that overrides tenant settings.
