This release ships Adjudication Evidence Bundle Export: a single action that produces a fully formatted, submission-ready PDF containing every document required for adjudication.

Click Export Adjudication Bundle, select your scheme, and the platform assembles the complete package automatically:
- Check-in report — the property's condition at the start of the tenancy
- Check-out report — the property's condition at the end of the tenancy
- All photos — photographic evidence from both reports, embedded in the document
- Deduction schedule — itemised breakdown of all claimed deductions
- Invoices — supporting cost evidence for each deduction claim
- Correspondence log — the relevant communication record between landlord/agent and tenant

Every adjudication scheme has its own submission format. The export engine applies the correct structure, ordering, and labelling automatically based on the scheme you select — so the bundle arrives ready to submit, with no manual reformatting required.
