Affiliate Box Licensing & White-Label Onboarding

Posibl now supports a licensing model for CrossFit affiliates and functional fitness gyms. Any box can self-serve onboard onto the Posibl platform under its own brand, giving its coaches and members a fully featured operating system without any visible connection to the underlying Posibl infrastructure.

How It Works

1. Self-Serve Onboarding

Affiliate owners begin by registering their box through the public onboarding flow. No manual provisioning is required. The wizard collects:

  • Box name, logo, and brand colours
  • Owner and billing contact details
  • Initial tenant configuration (time zone, units, membership tiers)

Once submitted, a new isolated tenant is created and the affiliate owner receives credentials for their admin dashboard.

2. White-Label Branding

Every affiliate instance is presented under the affiliate's own brand. Members interact with the platform as if it were built solely for their gym. The Posibl name and branding are not surfaced to end users.

3. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each affiliate tenant is fully isolated:

  • Athletes — Member profiles, health data, and readiness scores are private to the tenant.
  • Programming — Workout cycles, tracks, and session history are scoped per box.
  • Billing — Revenue, membership plans, and payment data belong to the affiliate.
  • Community — Leaderboards, posts, and announcements are visible only within the tenant.

What Affiliates Get

Programme Builder

Coaches can author sessions, build multi-week cycles, define scaling tiers, and manage multiple training tracks (e.g. competitive, fitness, masters) using the same tools available to native Posibl tenants.

Athlete Management

Full access to member profiles including:

  • Health and recovery monitoring
  • Readiness and HRV data
  • Progress history and performance trends
  • Injury risk flags

Billing

Affiliate owners can configure and manage:

  • Membership plans and pricing tiers
  • Payment processing and invoicing
  • Revenue reporting

Community Tools

Each box can run its own community layer including leaderboards, class sign-up, announcements, and social engagement features — all scoped to their tenant.

Getting Started as an Affiliate

  1. Navigate to the affiliate sign-up page.
  2. Complete the self-serve onboarding wizard.
  3. Configure your branding (logo, colours, domain if applicable).
  4. Invite your coaching staff as admins.
  5. Import or add your member roster.
  6. Publish your first programming cycle.

Notes

  • Affiliate tenants operate independently. Data is never shared across boxes.
  • Affiliate licensing is separate from direct Posibl subscriptions.
  • All features available to native tenants are available to affiliate tenants at launch.
