Closing the Loop: Outcome Tracking Is Now Live
Closing the Loop: Outcome Tracking Is Now Live
Release v1.0.75
Nurturing a lead is only half the story. The other half is knowing what happened next.
With v1.0.75, NurtureHub now lets agents record the outcome of every contact — whether that's a new instruction won, a tenancy renewed, a deal lost to a competitor, or a prospect put on ice. This is the feature that turns NurtureHub from a send-and-forget email tool into a measurable part of your business pipeline.
What's Changed
Mark Any Contact with a Final Outcome
From any contact record, agents can now click Record Outcome and choose from four top-level states:
- Converted — with sub-types covering listed property, let property, sold, renewed tenancy, and new instruction
- Not interested
- On hold
- Lost to competitor
Each outcome can include a date, an optional £ value, and notes. That's it. No workflows to configure, no custom fields to set up.
Conversions Pause Sequences Automatically
When a contact is marked as Converted, NurtureHub immediately pauses all active nurture sequences for that contact. There's no risk of sending a "just checking in" email to a landlord who instructed you yesterday.
New Dashboard Metrics
Two new figures now appear on the main dashboard:
- Conversion rate by category — so you can see, at a glance, whether your Seller nurture sequences are outperforming your Buy-to-Let Investor ones (or vice versa).
- Total pipeline value — the aggregate £ value of all recorded conversions, giving you a running number for the revenue your nurture activity has contributed.
Why This Matters
Most email marketing tools show you open rates and click rates. NurtureHub now shows you instructions won.
By recording outcomes consistently — even when a contact is lost — you build a clear picture of where your nurture effort is paying off and where it isn't. Over time, that data helps you focus on the contact categories that convert best for your agency.
Getting Started
Outcome tracking is available on all contact records from today. No setup required.
