It is designed to serve HR managers, finance leads, and operations teams from a single, unified interface.

Getting Started

Navigate to Analytics in the main navigation menu.
Select Predictive Dashboard from the Analytics sub-menu.
Review the default widget layout — default views include workforce, budget, and operational panels.
Use the Customise button (top-right) to add, remove, or rearrange widgets.
Insights are generated automatically. Click any insight card to drill into the underlying trend data.

Notes

Predictive models improve over time as more organisational data is collected.
Access to specific dashboard sections (workforce, financial, operational) may be governed by your role permissions. Contact your platform administrator if sections are not visible.
