Benchmark Leaderboard
Benchmark Leaderboard
The Benchmark Leaderboard gives gym owners, coaches, and members a live, ranked view of performance across benchmark WODs. Rankings update in real time and can be filtered to surface the most relevant comparisons for each athlete.
Overview
When an athlete logs a score for a benchmark WOD, the leaderboard updates immediately — no manual refresh needed. Members can see where they stand within their gym and, optionally, across the broader network of gyms on the platform.
Filtering the Leaderboard
Three filter dimensions allow you to narrow the leaderboard to the most meaningful comparisons:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Programme Track | Show only scores recorded under a specific training track (e.g. Strength, Cardio, Olympic Lifting). |
| Age Group | Segment rankings by age bracket so athletes compare within a relevant peer cohort. |
| Time Period | Scope results to a date range — e.g. this week, this month, or all-time. |
Filters can be combined. For example, you can view the top Strength track scores among the 35–44 age group over the past 30 days.
Real-Time Score Updates
The leaderboard is live — rankings change the moment a score is submitted. Coaches and gym owners do not need to manually trigger a refresh. This ensures members always see current standings during open gym sessions, competitions, or benchmark weeks.
Cross-Gym Network Rankings
In addition to in-gym standings, the leaderboard surfaces rankings across the entire network of gyms using the platform. This gives athletes a broader competitive benchmark, especially useful for:
- Members preparing for sanctioned competitions.
- Gym owners benchmarking the overall performance level of their community.
- Coaches identifying standout athletes relative to a wider population.
Cross-gym rankings respect the same filter dimensions (track, age group, time period) applied to the local view.
Roles and Access
- Members — can view their own rank and the full leaderboard for their gym, and opt in to network rankings.
- Coaches — can view leaderboards for all tracks they manage and use rankings to inform programming decisions.
- Gym Owners — have access to all leaderboard views across their facility and can see network-level standings for business intelligence purposes.
