Practitioner Programme & Course Storefront Publishing

Practitioner Programme & Course Storefront Publishing

Practitioners can author, publish, and sell their own training programmes and Skills School courses through the Posibl storefront under their personal brand. Revenue is automatically split between the practitioner and the platform via Stripe Connect.

Overview

This feature gives coaches, personal trainers, and other practitioners a complete end-to-end publishing and monetisation workflow:

  1. Author — Create programmes or Skills School courses inside the platform.
  2. Brand — Content is attributed to and displayed under the practitioner's personal brand on the storefront.
  3. Publish — List content for sale on the Posibl storefront.
  4. Earn — Receive a configured share of every sale directly via Stripe Connect.

Authoring Programmes and Courses

Practitioners can create two types of sellable content:

  • Programmes — Structured multi-week training plans with sessions, tracks, and scaling tiers.
  • Skills School Courses — Structured educational content focused on specific movement skills or coaching topics.

Content is authored using the same tools available for in-gym programming, so practitioners can re-use and package existing work.

Publishing to the Storefront

  • Once content is ready, practitioners publish it to the Posibl storefront with a price.
  • The listing appears under the practitioner's personal brand profile, not the gym's brand.
  • Practitioners can edit listing details (title, description, price, cover image) at any time.
  • Content can be unpublished to remove it from the storefront without deleting it.

Revenue Splitting via Stripe Connect

All transactions for practitioner-published content are processed through Stripe Connect.

How it works

  1. A buyer purchases a programme or course on the storefront.
  2. The payment is processed through Stripe.
  3. The platform automatically splits the revenue according to the configured platform percentage.
  4. The practitioner's share is paid out directly to their connected Stripe account.

Platform percentage configuration

  • A default platform revenue share percentage is set at the platform level.
  • This can be overridden on a per-practitioner basis by a platform administrator.
  • Configuration is managed in the admin settings panel.

Practitioner requirements

  • Practitioners must connect a Stripe account before publishing paid content.
  • Stripe Connect onboarding is available from the practitioner's account settings.
