Product Dossier Page
Product Dossier Page
The Product Dossier is a full-screen drill-down view for a single proptech product discovered during a directory scrape. It consolidates every signal collected — scores, reviews, pricing, features, and AI-generated analysis — into one structured page.
Accessing a Dossier
Click any row in the ranked dashboard to open that product's dossier. The dossier URL is bookmarkable and scoped to the specific product.

Scored Dimensions
Four scored dimensions are displayed, each with a numeric score and a plain-language explanation of how that score was derived:
| Dimension | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Replicability | How straightforward the product is to rebuild using the internal stack |
| Market Demand | Review volume and overall sentiment polarity |
| Revenue Potential | Pricing tier signals and estimated addressable market |
| Competitive Gaps | Weaknesses identified from negative review patterns |
The composite opportunity score shown on the dashboard is calculated from these four dimensions.
Raw Review Samples
A curated set of review excerpts scraped directly from the source directory. These are the primary evidence underpinning the scores. Positive and negative reviews are included to give a balanced picture.
Pricing Signals
Displays pricing indicators extracted during the scrape. These may include:
- Named pricing tiers (e.g. Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
- Specific price points where publicly listed
- Pricing model signals (per-seat, usage-based, flat-rate)
Note: Pricing signals reflect what was found on the scraped page at crawl time. They are not inferred or normalised.
Extracted Feature List
A structured list of capabilities advertised by the target product, pulled directly from the scrape. This reflects the product's own marketing and directory listing — useful for scoping a replication build.
Auto-Drafted Mission Statement
An AI-generated mission statement for a potential replication of this product. It is written to be pasted directly into the internal SaaS platform as a starting point for a new build.
Example output structure:
[Product Name] Alternative — [One-line positioning]
A [category] tool that helps [target user] [primary outcome],
without [key pain point from negative reviews].
Suggested Feature List for Replication
An AI-drafted feature set recommending what to build if replicating this product. The list is shaped by:
- The extracted feature set (what the incumbent offers)
- Competitor gap analysis (what reviewers say is missing or broken)
- Market demand signals (which capabilities attract the most engagement)
The list is copy-ready for pasting into the SaaS platform's feature planner.
Competitor Weakness Analysis
A dedicated analysis section drawing exclusively on negative review content. It articulates:
- Recurring complaints and failure patterns
- Feature gaps mentioned by users
- UX or support issues highlighted across multiple reviews
This section frames the strategic opportunity: where the incumbent is weakest, and therefore where a well-executed alternative can differentiate.
