Introducing the Integration Marketplace
Introducing the Integration Marketplace
Version: 1.0.47
The Integration Marketplace gives you a central place to browse, install, and manage pre-built integrations — connecting the platform to the tools your teams already use, without custom development work.
Browsing the Marketplace
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Marketplace to explore available connectors. Each listing includes:
- A description of what the integration does
- Publisher information (platform-native or third-party partner)
- Required permissions and data access scopes
- Installation and configuration steps
One-Click Connect
For the most popular tools, installation is handled through a guided one-click flow. The following integrations are available at launch:
| Tool | Use Cases |
|---|---|
| Slack | Notifications, alerts, workflow triggers |
| Microsoft Teams | Messaging, approvals, workflow automation |
| Jira | Issue tracking, project and task sync |
| Salesforce | CRM data, contact and opportunity management |
To connect a tool:
- Open Settings → Integrations → Marketplace.
- Locate the integration you want to install.
- Click Connect.
- Authorize the connection using your credentials for that tool.
- Configure any optional settings (e.g. which workspace, project, or org to sync).
- Click Save. The integration becomes active immediately.
Managing Installed Integrations
All active integrations are listed under Settings → Integrations → Installed. From here you can:
- View connection status and last sync time
- Edit configuration settings
- Pause or disable an integration
- Revoke access and uninstall
Partner API
The Partner API enables third-party developers to build and publish integrations to the marketplace, making them available to all platform customers.
Key capabilities
- Publish new integration listings to the marketplace catalog
- Define required OAuth scopes and configuration fields
- Receive webhook events when users install or uninstall your integration
- Submit updates and new versions through a standardized review workflow
For full details, see the Partner API Reference.
Notes & Limitations
- One-click connect requires that you have admin-level access in the target tool (e.g. Slack workspace admin, Salesforce System Administrator profile).
- Partner API access requires a registered developer account. Contact your account team to request access.
- Marketplace availability may vary by subscription tier.
