The whole point of nurturing a contact is to catch the moment they're ready to act. Until now, that meant manually checking intent scores and hoping you spotted the signal in time. With v1.0.28, NurtureHub does that watching for you.


The Problem

Property agents are busy. A landlord who opened three emails in two days and clicked your valuation link twice is clearly thinking about switching agents — but if nobody notices the score spike, the opportunity evaporates. Intent data is only valuable if it triggers action at the right moment.


What's New in v1.0.28

Automatic Hot Lead Detection

The moment a contact's intent score crosses the hot threshold, NurtureHub creates a hot_lead_alert record and kicks off two simultaneous notification channels:

In-app notification — every admin and owner in your organisation sees a real-time alert containing the contact's name, their current score, a plain-English summary of what they've been doing (emails opened, links clicked), and a one-click link straight to their profile.

Alert email via Resend — the same information lands in the inboxes of your admin/owner team so they're covered even when they're not logged in.

A Dedicated Alerts Page

Head to /dashboard/alerts for a full chronological feed of every hot lead alert your organisation has generated. Alerts stay on record even after they're dismissed, so you have a complete picture of your highest-intent contacts over time.

Alert Feed Widget on the Main Dashboard

The main dashboard now includes an alert feed widget — a live strip of your most recent hot lead alerts right where you start your day. No extra clicks required to see who's hot right now.

Dismissible Alerts

Once you've reviewed an alert and taken action, dismiss it with a single click. Your feed stays clean and focused on alerts that still need attention.


How to Get the Most Out of It

  • Make sure your team members have Admin or Owner roles if they should receive alerts — only those roles are notified.
  • Check your Resend integration is active under Settings → Integrations so alert emails deliver reliably.
  • Build a follow-up habit around the dashboard widget — a quick scan each morning tells you exactly which contacts are at peak intent.

Available Now

The hot lead alert system is live in v1.0.28 for all NurtureHub accounts. No configuration required — alerts fire automatically as soon as intent scores cross the threshold.
