The Compliance Guardian is a new AI agent built directly into NurtureHub's send pipeline. Every time an email is about to go out — whether it's the first message in a nurture sequence or a one-off follow-up — the Compliance Guardian steps in first.
It runs four checks, in order:
- Is there a valid GDPR consent record for this contact?
- Is this contact on a suppression list?
- Has this contact opted in to email marketing specifically?
- Has this contact previously unsubscribed?
All four must pass. If even one fails, the email doesn't go. The agent gets notified with the exact reason, so they can resolve it quickly and move on.
No configuration. No workflow to build. It just works, on every send, automatically.
A Full Audit Trail
Every send decision — permitted or blocked — is written to a compliance audit log. Not just the outcome, but every check that ran, the result of each one, and a timestamp.
If you're ever asked to demonstrate that your outbound emails were sent compliantly, the audit log is your answer. It's always there, always current.
Consent Management That Talks to Your CRM
Compliance is only as good as the data behind it. That's why v1.0.64 also ships the Consent Management API — a set of endpoints for recording opt-in and opt-out events as they happen, and for syncing suppression lists directly from your connected CRM.
NurtureHub already connects natively to agentOS and via open API to Reapit, Alto, Street, and Loop. Suppression data from any of these can now be pulled into NurtureHub on demand, so your compliance checks are always working from a current, accurate list — not a stale export.
