The platform supports native integration with BambooHR, enabling automatic, continuous synchronization of employee data across organizational, payroll, and performance domains. Once connected, both systems stay in sync without manual exports or imports.
Overview
BambooHR is a cloud-based HRIS used by thousands of mid-market and enterprise organizations to manage core employee records. This integration bridges BambooHR with the platform so that HR, Finance, and Operations teams work from a single, unified data set.
Data mapping and transformation between BambooHR's schema and the platform's internal data model are handled automatically — no custom scripting or field-mapping configuration is required to get started.

How It Works
- Connect your BambooHR account via the Integrations settings page.
- Authorize the platform to read data from your BambooHR subdomain using your BambooHR API key.
- Initial sync — the platform performs a full pull of existing employee records and maps them to the internal data model.
- Ongoing sync — subsequent organizational, payroll, and performance changes in BambooHR are detected and synchronized automatically.
Note: Data transformation (field normalization, type conversion, enum mapping) is performed automatically during each sync cycle. No manual intervention is required for standard BambooHR configurations.

Limitations
