Land Registry Owner Search & Bulk Prospecting

NurtureHub connects to HM Land Registry records via the agentOS API, allowing agents to identify property owners by address, postcode, or title number — and add them to a nurture sequence in a single click.

Requirements

  • NurtureHub account on v1.0.81 or later
  • agentOS connected as your CRM (see Connecting agentOS)

Search Modes

Single Address Lookup

Search for a specific property by its address or title number.

Returns:

  • Registered owner name
  • Owner correspondence address

Use this when you have a specific property in mind and want to reach the owner directly.

Bulk Postcode Search

Search by postcode to retrieve all registered Land Registry titles within that postcode area.

Returns:

  • A list of all registered titles in the postcode
  • Owner name and correspondence address for each title

Use this to build prospecting lists for a target street, neighbourhood, or development block.

Ownership Change Alerts

NurtureHub monitors for recently transferred properties and automatically surfaces them as high-priority prospects.

How it works:

  • Properties with a recent change of ownership are flagged in the search results
  • High-priority badges are applied so agents can prioritise outreach
  • Alerts can be actioned immediately using the one-click pipeline add

Adding an Owner to the Pipeline

Every search result includes a one-click action to add the property owner to the NurtureHub pipeline:

  1. Run a search (single address, bulk postcode, or ownership change alert).
  2. Locate the owner record in the results.
  3. Click Add to Pipeline.
  4. Confirm or adjust the pre-selected contact category (e.g. Landlord, Seller, Buy-to-Let Investor).
  5. NurtureHub generates a personalised three-email nurture sequence and begins tracking engagement.

The contact category is pre-selected based on the context of the search, but can be changed before confirming.

Notes

  • Land Registry data reflects the official register held by HM Land Registry and may not include properties with unregistered titles.
  • Bulk postcode searches return all registered titles within the postcode area at the time of the search.
  • Ownership change alerts are based on title transfer events recorded in the Land Registry; timing of data availability may vary.
  • This feature is only available to agents with agentOS connected as their CRM.
