Help Members Achieve More — Goal Setting, Milestones & AI Routing

One of the most consistent challenges in coaching is the gap between a member's ambitions and the structured support needed to achieve them. Goals get set informally, progress drifts, and without a clear map it's easy for motivation to fade before results arrive.

Version 1.0.105 addresses this directly — introducing a full goal-setting, milestone tracking, and AI routing system that connects member intentions to daily action.


A Goal Framework Built for Coaches and Members

The new system lets members set up to three goals per 12-week cycle, covering any objective they're working toward — improving a lift, losing body fat, completing an endurance benchmark, or building a consistent training habit.

Critically, every goal requires coach countersignature before it activates. This isn't a bureaucratic step — it's a coaching moment. It gives coaches the opportunity to align the goal to what's realistic, refine the framing, and open a conversation about the support available. Goals that coaches and members agree on are far more likely to be pursued with intent.


AI Turns Goals Into a Week-by-Week Plan

Once a goal is approved, the AI engine takes over the planning work. It breaks each goal into weekly milestones across the 12-week cycle and surfaces a progress timeline visible to both the member and their coach.

This removes the ambiguity of "working toward something" and replaces it with a clear, trackable structure. Coaches can see at a glance which members are on track and which may need a check-in.


Smarter Programme and Habit Recommendations

Setting a goal also triggers the AI routing engine. Based on the goals defined — and the member's training history and health data — the system recommends:

  • The optimal programme track for the cycle (strength, conditioning, hybrid, or others depending on your gym's configuration).
  • A habit stack — a set of supporting behaviours around sleep, nutrition, recovery, or movement that give the programme the best chance of working.

This is where the platform's data integration pays off. Rather than assigning every member to the same template, each recommendation is shaped by what that member has actually done, recovered from, and responded to.


Celebrating What Members Accomplish

When a member completes a goal, the platform marks the moment — with an in-platform celebration and the option to share the achievement as a community post.

Small acknowledgements matter in fitness. Recognising milestones, publicly or privately, reinforces the behaviour that got someone there. And when other members see achievements in the community feed, it contributes to the kind of culture that keeps people coming back.


Available Now

Goal Setting, Milestone Tracking, and AI Routing are live in v1.0.105. Coaches will see pending goal approvals in their dashboard, and members can begin setting goals for their next 12-week cycle immediately.
