Content Writer Agent: How NurtureHub Generates Your Three-Email Sequences

Content Writer Agent: How NurtureHub Generates Your Three-Email Sequences

Released in v1.0.50

NurtureHub's Content Writer Agent automatically produces a complete, three-email nurture sequence the moment a contact is assigned to a category. No templates to fill in, no subject lines to write, no workflows to configure. The agent handles all of it.

What the Agent Uses

Every sequence is generated using four inputs:

InputPurpose
Agency brand profileEnsures all emails are written in the agency's approved tone and voice
Contact dataPersonalises each email to the individual — name, property interest, circumstances
Category-specific contextTailors content to the contact's role (e.g. Seller vs. Landlord vs. Buy-to-Let Investor)
Journey template structureDefines the three-email arc: Acknowledge → Build → Activate

The Three-Email Structure

Email 1 — Acknowledge and Value

The first email recognises the contact's enquiry and immediately delivers something useful. It validates the contact's situation and establishes trust using category-relevant content.

Goal: Make a strong first impression, confirm the agency understands the contact's needs.

Email 2 — Build and Educate

The second email deepens the relationship. It delivers journey-stage-specific content that educates the contact without overwhelming them, keeping engagement high through the middle of the sequence.

Goal: Maintain momentum, demonstrate expertise, and build confidence in the agency.

Email 3 — Activate and Convert

The third email introduces a personalised call-to-action informed by engagement signals gathered earlier in the journey. It is designed to prompt the contact to take a concrete next step.

Goal: Convert interest into action — a valuation booking, a callback, a viewing request.

What Each Email Contains

Every email in the generated sequence includes four ready-to-send components:

  • Subject line — written to maximise open rate for the contact's category
  • Preview text — complements the subject line in the inbox preview
  • HTML body — fully formatted email body
  • Plain text body — fallback for email clients that do not render HTML

Supported Contact Categories

The Content Writer Agent generates sequences across all twelve predefined NurtureHub categories, including:

  • Seller
  • Landlord
  • Buy-to-Let Investor
  • Active Tenant
  • (and eight additional categories)

Each category has its own contextual logic, so the content produced for a Seller is meaningfully different from content produced for a Landlord or a Buy-to-Let Investor.

Review and Approval

All generated sequences are presented to the agent for review before any email is sent. Nothing is dispatched automatically. Agents can read every subject line, preview text, and email body, then approve the sequence in full when they are satisfied.

No Configuration Required

The Content Writer Agent works from the agency's approved brand profile, which is set once during onboarding. There is nothing to configure per contact or per journey — assigning a contact to a category is the only action required to trigger sequence generation.
