Track Every Import: Introducing the Admin Import History List
Track Every Import: Introducing the Admin Import History List
Release v1.0.72
Migrating course content from Teachable into your platform is now easier to manage end-to-end. With the new Import History List, admins have a dedicated, paginated view of every import job their organization has ever run — giving you the visibility you need to confidently oversee content migration at any scale.
The Problem It Solves
Before this release, there was no consolidated place to review past import activity. If a job failed, or you simply wanted to confirm how many courses came in from a particular school, you had to rely on external notes or memory. That changes today.
What You Can Do Now
See everything in one place. The import history list shows every job — active or completed — with the source school URL, the date it was kicked off, its current status, and a count of courses successfully imported.
Catch and fix failures fast. Failed jobs now expose their error details directly in the list. Instead of guessing why a job didn't complete, you can read the specific error, address the root cause, and re-run with confidence.
Paginate through your full history. The list is fully paginated, so organizations running frequent imports won't hit a wall as history accumulates.
Who This Is For
This feature is available to all organization admins. If you manage content migration from Teachable schools, the import history list is your new first stop when checking on job progress or diagnosing issues.
Getting Started
Navigate to the Admin section of your dashboard to find the Import History List. No configuration is required — all past and active import jobs for your organization are displayed automatically.
For full details on the fields shown and how to interpret job statuses, see the Import History List feature guide.
