What's New in v1.0.64: Know Exactly Who's In Your Platform
Release: v1.0.64 · Admin — Organization Member Directory
One of the most common questions platform admins ask is simple: "Who has actually logged in?" As of v1.0.64, you have a direct answer.
The Problem
SSO-based platforms make access seamless for learners — they sign in through the identity provider their organization already uses, and they're in. But that seamlessness can leave admins with a blind spot: it's not always obvious who has activated their access, how recently someone logged in, or how many courses a given member is working through.
Previously, getting a clear picture of your member base required cross-referencing your identity provider's user list with course-level enrollment data — a manual, error-prone process.
The Solution: Member Directory
The new Member Directory, found under Admin → Members, gives you a consolidated view of every SSO-authenticated user on your platform instance.
At a glance you can see:
- Who is in the platform — name and email for every user who has logged in via SSO
- When they last visited — a precise last login timestamp per user
- How engaged they are — a count of courses each member is enrolled in
No spreadsheets. No identity provider exports. No manual joins.
What You Can Do With It
Confirm onboarding success. After rolling out the platform to a new cohort, use the directory to verify that members have completed their first login. Anyone missing from the list hasn't come through the door yet.
Spot disengaged members. Sort by Last Login to surface users who authenticated a long time ago but haven't returned. Pair that with a zero enrollment count and you have a clear list of members to re-engage.
Audit access quickly. If a member should no longer have access, checking whether they've logged in — and when — is now a two-second lookup rather than a support ticket.
Getting Started
The Member Directory is available to all organization admins immediately — no configuration required. Head to Admin → Members to see your roster.
