With this release, NurtureHub takes another step toward fully automated lead nurturing for property agents. We're shipping the Journey Architect — the AI agent that sits between contact categorisation and email generation, and makes the whole system work without any agent configuration.

The Problem It Solves

Up until now, the pieces of the pipeline existed in isolation: contacts could be categorised, and the Content Writer could generate emails — but the bridge between them required knowing which journey template to use for which type of contact. That logic is now handled automatically.

What the Journey Architect Does

The moment a contact is given a category — Seller, Landlord, Buy-to-Let Investor, Active Tenant, or any of the twelve supported types — the Journey Architect fires. It reads the contact's category and group (are they a new prospect or an existing client?), picks the right journey template, creates the journey instance, and hands off to the Content Writer to produce three personalised emails.

The agent never has to choose a template, configure a workflow, or think about sequencing. They categorise the contact; the platform does the rest.

Handling the Real World

Property contacts don't sit still. A prospect becomes a client. A landlord switches from letting to selling. A contact gets imported twice from a CRM sync. The Journey Architect handles all of this:

  • Re-categorisation cancels the old journey and starts the correct new one
  • Duplicate detection prevents a contact from being enrolled in the same journey twice
  • Manual overrides are always respected — if an agent has taken control of a journey, the automation stays out of the way
