Brand Profile Review & Approval
Before NurtureHub generates any nurture emails, it builds a brand profile for your agency — a structured snapshot of your tone of voice, services, culture, team, and local market knowledge. The Brand Profile Review screen lets you inspect every part of that profile, make edits, and approve it as the content foundation for all future AI email generation.
How It Works
- NurtureHub analyses your agency's website and any documents you have uploaded.
- An AI-generated draft brand profile is presented to you in a structured, editable form.
- You review each section, make any changes, and approve the profile with a single click.
- All subsequent email sequences are generated using the approved profile to ensure consistent voice and messaging.
Profile Sections
The brand profile is divided into six sections:
Tone of Voice
Describes how your agency communicates — the register, warmth, formality, and stylistic preferences that should carry through every email.
Agency Overview
A summary of your agency: history, size, number of offices, geographic reach, and overall market positioning.
Service Overview
The services your agency provides — lettings, sales, property management, auctions, or any combination — described in your own terms.
Cultural Identity
Your agency's values, personality traits, and the qualities that differentiate you from competitors in your patch.
Agent Personas
Individual profiles for named agents, capturing each person's communication style, specialisms, and character. Personas are used to personalise emails sent on behalf of a specific agent.
Local Market Context
Geographic focus areas, relevant market conditions, community knowledge, and neighbourhood-specific language that grounds your emails in a genuine local voice.
Editing the Profile
- Every field in every section is editable directly in the form.
- Changes are saved within the form and only committed when you approve the profile.
- You can edit one section without affecting any other.
Regenerating Individual Sections
If a section does not accurately reflect your agency, you can regenerate it independently:
- Click Regenerate on the section you want to redo.
- Adjust the parameters if prompted (e.g. emphasise a different aspect or provide additional context).
- The new draft replaces only that section — the rest of the profile is unchanged.
You can regenerate as many times as needed before approving.
Managing Agent Personas
- Add a persona — Click Add Agent and enter the agent's name and any relevant details. NurtureHub will generate a persona draft for you to review.
- Remove a persona — Click Remove next to any agent you no longer want included.
Personas are optional; you do not need to add individual agents for the platform to function.
Approving the Profile
When you are satisfied with all sections, click Approve Profile. This single action:
- Locks the profile as your agency's content foundation.
- Makes it available immediately to the AI email generation engine.
- Applies to all nurture sequences generated from that point forward.
Approval can be updated at any time by re-running or editing the profile.
Re-running the Brand Profile
If your agency undergoes a rebrand, adds new services, opens a new office, or updates its website, you can regenerate the entire brand profile from scratch:
- Navigate to Settings → Brand Profile.
- Click Re-run Brand Profile.
- NurtureHub will re-analyse your current website and any documents on file.
- A new draft is presented for review using the same structured form.
- Approve the updated profile to apply it going forward.
Previously approved profiles are not overwritten until you approve the new version.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does approving a new profile affect emails already sent? No. Emails that have already been sent or approved are not changed. The updated profile applies only to sequences generated after the new approval.
Can I have different brand profiles for different offices? Not in this release. A single approved brand profile applies across the account.
What happens if I skip approval? NurtureHub will not generate email sequences until a brand profile has been approved. The approval step is required once during initial setup.
Can I edit the profile after approval? Yes. You can edit individual fields or sections and re-approve at any time from Settings → Brand Profile.
