Introducing the Prospecting Contact Import Pipeline
Release v1.0.85
Prospecting is one of the most time-consuming parts of property agency life. You run a Land Registry search, pull a list from Apify, and then face the same problem: a spreadsheet full of potential leads with no easy path to turning them into conversations.
With v1.0.85, that path is now three steps — and the last step happens automatically.
From raw data to live nurture sequence in minutes
The new Prospecting Contact Import Pipeline takes contacts from your Apify extractions and Land Registry searches and walks them through a structured, compliance-aware onboarding flow before firing personalised nurture emails on your behalf.
Here's how it works.
Step 1: Compliance first, always
Every imported record is checked for GDPR compliance before you can do anything else with it. Records without a clear lawful basis for contact are flagged immediately, and you confirm or reject each one before it goes any further.
This isn't a checkbox exercise — rejected records are discarded entirely. They're not created in your contact store, they don't receive any emails, and they don't appear in your reporting. The compliance review stage is a genuine gate, not a formality.
Need to process a large batch quickly? Bulk confirm and bulk reject controls let you handle multiple records at once.
Step 2: Tell NurtureHub who you're dealing with
Every contact in NurtureHub belongs to one of twelve lead categories — Seller, Landlord, Buy-to-Let Investor, Active Tenant, and so on. The category determines which nurture sequence the Journey Architect will write.
At this stage, NurtureHub reads the source of each record and pre-suggests the most appropriate category. A Land Registry result is likely a Seller or Buy-to-Let Investor; an Apify extraction is pre-categorised based on how the extraction was configured. You can accept the suggestion or override it — and bulk assignment means you can categorise a hundred records in a few clicks.
Step 3: The Journey Architect takes over
Once a contact is confirmed and categorised, NurtureHub creates them in your contact store and the Journey Architect fires immediately. Within moments, a personalised three-email nurture sequence — written in your agency's brand voice — is waiting in your approval queue.
No workflow builder. No template selection. No manual triggering. You approve the emails and they go.
Why this matters
Land Registry searches and Apify extractions are already part of how the best prospecting agencies identify opportunity. The gap has always been the effort required to turn that raw data into structured, compliant, personalised outreach.
The Import Pipeline closes that gap. It enforces the compliance review that responsible agencies should already be doing, removes the friction of manual categorisation with smart pre-suggestions, and eliminates the setup work that normally sits between "I have a list" and "I'm talking to these people."
Bulk operations throughout mean the pipeline scales — whether you're importing ten records or ten thousand, the process is the same.
Available now
The Prospecting Contact Import Pipeline is available in NurtureHub from v1.0.85. It works with contacts sourced from both Apify extractions and Land Registry searches and requires no additional configuration to enable.
