Practitioner Profile Pages & Content Publishing
Practitioner Profile Pages & Content Publishing
Available from: v1.0.17
Every practitioner on the platform — personal trainers, lifting coaches, physios, and other specialists — now has a branded profile page. Members can follow practitioners to receive their content in the app feed, and practitioners can author and sell programmes under their own personal brand.
Practitioner Profile Pages
Each practitioner is given a dedicated profile page that serves as their public-facing presence on the platform.
Profile Components
| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| Credentials & Bio | Display qualifications, specialisms, and a free-text biography. |
| Social Links | Link to external profiles (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others). |
| Booking CTA | A configurable call-to-action button that members use to initiate a booking or enquiry. |
| Content Feed | A chronological feed of all content published by the practitioner. |
Setting Up Your Profile
- Navigate to Profile → Edit Profile in the practitioner dashboard.
- Fill in your credentials, bio, and any relevant specialisms.
- Add social link URLs under Social Links.
- Configure your Booking CTA label and destination URL (or internal booking flow).
- Save — your profile page is immediately visible to members on the platform.
Content Publishing
Practitioners can publish content directly to their profile feed. Published content can include programming notes, technique articles, videos, announcements, and other formats supported by the platform's content editor.
Publishing Content
- From the practitioner dashboard, go to Content → New Post.
- Select a content type and compose your post using the editor.
- Click Publish to make the content live on your profile feed.
Published content appears immediately on your profile page and is distributed to the feeds of any members who follow you.
Follow System
Members can follow any practitioner on the platform. Following a practitioner opts the member into that practitioner's content stream.
- Member experience — content from followed practitioners appears in the member's in-app feed alongside their training programming.
- Practitioner visibility — follower counts are visible on the practitioner's profile, giving practitioners a sense of their reach within the community.
How Members Follow a Practitioner
- Open the practitioner's profile page.
- Tap the Follow button at the top of the profile.
- Future content published by that practitioner will appear in the member's feed.
Members can unfollow at any time from the same profile page or from their Following list in account settings.
Programme Authoring & Sales Under Personal Brand
Practitioners are no longer limited to authoring programmes under a gym's brand. As of v1.0.17, programmes can be created and sold directly under the practitioner's own profile.
Authoring a Programme
- Go to Programmes → New Programme in the practitioner dashboard.
- Choose Personal Brand as the publishing entity (instead of a gym).
- Build the programme using the standard programme editor (tracks, sessions, scaling tiers, etc.).
- Set pricing and availability under Programme Settings → Sales.
- Publish the programme — it will appear on your profile page and in the platform storefront.
Revenue & Payments
Revenue from personally-branded programme sales is attributed to the practitioner. Refer to the platform's payments and payouts documentation for settlement details.
