Introducing Corporate Wellness B2B Subscription Management
Release v1.0.60
Today we're shipping a feature that extends the platform beyond individual gyms and coaches into an entirely new market: corporate wellness benefits.
With v1.0.60, employers can now purchase bulk seat allocations for their staff, put a company administrator in control of who gets access, expose curated training programmes to their workforce, and run employer-branded monthly challenges — all without any custom integration work.
The problem this solves
Companies investing in staff wellness have historically had to either negotiate bespoke enterprise contracts with fitness platforms or hand employees a generic discount code and hope for the best. Neither approach gives HR and wellness teams the visibility or control they need, and neither gives employees a curated, company-endorsed experience.
Our new corporate wellness layer changes that.
How it works
1. An employer purchases a bulk seat allocation
Rather than individual licences, employers buy a pool of seats — one seat per employee they want to enrol. Seat counts map cleanly to headcount and can be scaled up or down as the workforce changes.
2. A company administrator manages who gets access
A designated administrator within the company gets access to a management portal. From there they can assign seats to employees, reassign them if someone leaves, and track utilisation in real time. No developer involvement required.
3. Employees get a curated experience
Employees with an active seat log in to the platform and find a set of curated training programmes selected for their organisation. It feels like a first-class fitness product — because it is — while staying within the boundaries the company has configured.
4. Monthly challenges keep engagement high
Every month, employers can run a group challenge with their own branding. Whether it's a step count competition, a strength benchmark, or a team consistency streak, these challenges give the whole workforce something to work towards together.
Who is this for?
- HR and People teams looking to add a high-quality fitness benefit without managing individual subscriptions.
- Wellness programme managers who need structured content and engagement tools, not just a discount.
- Gym owners and coaches who want to land corporate clients and deliver a white-label–quality experience under a company's brand.
What's next
This release lays the foundation for the corporate wellness tier. Future releases will expand the administrator portal, add deeper reporting on group challenge participation, and introduce additional programme curation controls.
