What Happened

Following a recent deployment, the production environment at agent-os-saa-s-factory.vercel.app began returning HTTP 500 Internal Server Error responses, making the platform unavailable to users.

A 500 error indicates that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. This type of error is server-side and not caused by anything the user does.

Impact

  • The platform was inaccessible for affected users during the incident window.
  • No user data was lost or corrupted as a result of this error.

Resolution

Version 1.0.303 was released as a targeted hotfix to address the root cause of the server error and restore normal platform operation. The fix was deployed to production on Vercel.

What You Should Do

No action is required on your part. If you continue to experience issues after the fix has been deployed:
