Full visibility into your CRM sync — no more guessing
NurtureHub v1.0.42
One of the most common frustrations with any platform that connects to a CRM is the same: you notice a contact is missing, a lead status looks stale, or an email fires at the wrong time — and you have no idea whether it's a sync problem or something else entirely.
With v1.0.42 we've fixed that completely.
The new Integrations page
Head to Settings → Integrations and you'll see a live dashboard of every CRM you've connected to NurtureHub — agentOS, Reapit, Alto, Street, Loop, or anything you've plugged in via the API.
For each one you can now see:
- When it last synced — an exact timestamp, not a vague "recently".
- Whether it's healthy — a green, amber, or red indicator that tells you at a glance if something needs attention.
- What went wrong, if anything — recent errors are listed clearly, with enough context to understand the problem.
- A retry button — so you can fix an issue and re-run the sync without opening a ticket or waiting for the next scheduled run.
A proper audit trail
The sync log shows the last 100 events per integration — every import, update, auth refresh, and error — with timestamps, record counts, and outcomes. It's the paper trail that's been missing.
Sync runs every 4 hours, automatically
In the background, NurtureHub now polls all connected CRMs on a 4-hour cycle via an Inngest cron job. Results are written to the sync log in real time. You don't need to do anything — but now you can see exactly what's happening.
And if you can't wait for the next scheduled run, hit Sync Now on any integration card to trigger an immediate sync.
Automatic alerts when things go wrong
If a sync fails three times in a row, the organisation owner is notified automatically. The alert names the affected CRM and links straight to the Integrations page so you can investigate fast.
This matters because a persistent sync failure — left unnoticed — means contacts going unscored, nurture sequences not triggering, and hot leads going cold. The alert is an early warning system so that never happens silently.
Who is this for?
This update is primarily useful for:
- Agency principals and owners who want confidence that their CRM data is flowing correctly.
- Office managers responsible for keeping the platform running smoothly.
- Anyone who has ever had to ask "is the sync working?" — because now the answer is one click away.
The Integrations page is live now. You'll find it at Settings → Integrations.
