Introducing Billing Tiers: Starter, Growth & Enterprise for Agencies

Not every agency is the same size — and from today, your plan reflects that. We're rolling out three structured billing tiers for agency accounts: Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. Each tier is mapped to a Stripe subscription and unlocks the right set of tools for where your agency is right now.

Three tiers, built around agency size

Starter — up to 50 properties

Perfect for independent landlords and small letting agencies. You get full access to core deposit management and standard reporting — everything you need to run end-of-tenancy processes compliantly and without paperwork.

Growth — up to 200 properties

As your portfolio grows, so do your needs. Growth adds AI-powered deposit assessment on top of the Starter foundation, helping you generate consistent, evidence-backed deduction decisions at scale.

Enterprise — unlimited properties

For large agencies and multi-branch operations, Enterprise unlocks PMS integration and multi-branch management alongside everything in the lower tiers. One platform, however many offices or landlords you manage.

What changes for existing accounts?

If your agency account doesn't yet have a Stripe subscription attached, you'll default to the Starter plan. You can upgrade at any time from the billing settings page — changes are instant.

No data is ever removed when moving between plans. Downgrading restricts access to certain features, but everything you've recorded remains intact.

What's gated, and why

We gate features by plan because some capabilities — like AI assessment and PMS integration — carry real infrastructure costs and are designed for agencies at a certain scale. Feature access is enforced server-side, so you'll always see a clear prompt if you try to use something that requires an upgrade.
