Email Review, Edit & Approval

Email Review, Edit & Approval

After NurtureHub generates a three-email nurture sequence for a contact, the sequence enters a review stage before anything is sent. This page explains the review interface, the editing tools available, and how approval works.

Overview

No email leaves NurtureHub without agent sign-off. Once the AI has generated a sequence, the agent is presented with a structured review interface where they can read, edit, regenerate, preview, and ultimately approve every email before it is scheduled.

The Review Interface

The review screen shows all three emails in the sequence together, in order. For each email you will see:

FieldDescription
Subject lineThe email subject as it will appear in the recipient's inbox
Preview textThe snippet shown alongside the subject in most email clients
Rendered bodyThe full email rendered in the agency's brand template

Emails are displayed in sequence order (Email 1, Email 2, Email 3) so you can assess the overall narrative arc and spacing before approving.

Editing an Email

Any email in the sequence can be edited inline — there is no need to navigate to a separate editor.

  1. Click into the email you want to change.
  2. Edit the subject, preview text, or body directly.
  3. Your changes are saved and the rendered preview updates immediately.

Editing one email does not affect the other two emails in the sequence.

Regenerating a Single Email

If an email needs a more significant change — different tone, angle, or emphasis — you can regenerate it individually without touching the rest of the sequence.

  1. Open the email you want to regenerate.
  2. Select Regenerate.
  3. Optionally provide tone adjustments or parameter changes (e.g. more formal, shorter, focus on a different benefit).
  4. The AI produces a new version of that email only.
  5. Review the new version and edit further if needed, or regenerate again.

Emails you have already approved within the sequence are not affected by regenerating a sibling email.

Recipient Preview

Before approving, you can view each email exactly as the recipient will see it.

  • Click Preview on any email to open the recipient view.
  • This renders the email with all personalisation tokens resolved (contact name, property details, agency details, etc.).
  • Use this to verify layout, branding, and that no placeholder tokens remain unfilled.

Approving the Sequence

When you are satisfied with all three emails:

  1. Click Approve Sequence.
  2. The journey transitions to approved status.
  3. NurtureHub immediately adds the sequence to the scheduling queue — emails will be sent at the configured intervals.

Approval is a single action covering the entire sequence. There is no per-email approval step.

Note: Once a sequence is approved and enters the scheduling queue, individual emails can still be paused or cancelled from the journey detail view before their scheduled send time.

Draft Inbox

The Draft Inbox is a centralised list of every journey across all contacts that is currently awaiting review.

  • Access it from the main navigation under Drafts.
  • Each entry shows the contact name, assigned category, and when the draft was generated.
  • Click any entry to open it directly in the review interface.

Use the draft inbox to ensure sequences are reviewed and approved promptly, particularly in high-volume periods when multiple contacts may have been added in quick succession.
