Introducing Sales & Revenue Planning

Introducing Sales & Revenue Planning

Available in v1.0.85 and later.

The Sales & Revenue Planning module brings revenue forecasting, pricing scenario modeling, and pipeline conversion analysis into a single, unified workspace. Finance teams and sales operations can now plan and iterate on revenue assumptions without leaving the platform.

Revenue Forecasting by Product Line, Region, and Sales Channel

Build granular revenue forecasts segmented across three core dimensions:

DimensionDescription
Product LineForecast revenue contributions per product or SKU group
RegionBreak down projections by geographic market or territory
Sales ChannelSeparate direct, partner, self-serve, and other channel revenue

Dimensions can be combined to create multi-level views — for example, channel performance within a specific region — giving teams the flexibility to model the business at any level of detail.

Pricing Impact Modeling

Model the downstream revenue effect of pricing changes before they go live.

  • Define one or more pricing scenarios (e.g. a 10% list price increase, a new tier introduction, or a promotional discount).
  • See the projected impact on ARR updated in real time as assumptions change.
  • Compare scenarios side-by-side to evaluate trade-offs between growth, retention risk, and margin.

This is particularly useful when preparing for an annual pricing review or evaluating a go-to-market strategy change.

Pipeline-to-Revenue Conversion Tracking

Connect your sales pipeline directly to your revenue forecast using adjustable conversion assumptions.

  • Set stage-by-stage conversion rates that reflect historical win rates or forward-looking targets.
  • Changes to conversion assumptions instantly recalculate the revenue forecast, making it easy to model optimistic, base, and conservative scenarios.
  • Track where pipeline is dropping off and quantify the revenue impact of improving conversion at any given stage.

Getting Started

  4. Enter your pipeline data or connect your CRM integration to populate pipeline stages automatically.
  5. Adjust conversion rate assumptions and pricing scenarios to generate your forecast.
  6. Use the Scenarios panel to save and compare multiple forecast versions.
