Four New Transactional Emails
This release introduces four new automated emails that keep agents informed at every meaningful stage of the nurture journey, without requiring them to be inside the platform.
Sequence-Started Notification
The moment you assign a contact to a nurture category, NurtureHub gets to work generating their personalised three-email sequence. Now, as soon as that sequence is ready, you'll receive an email notification that includes a preview of the generated emails — so you can see what's been created before you even open the app. A direct link takes you straight to the review screen to approve and send.
Sequence-Approved Confirmation
Once you've approved a sequence, you'll get a quick confirmation email. It's a simple receipt: the contact's name, their assigned category, and confirmation that the sequence is queued and ready to go. No ambiguity about whether your approval went through.
Hot-Lead Alert Email
This is the one that matters most. When NurtureHub's intent scoring detects that a contact has crossed the hot-lead threshold — based on real engagement signals like email opens, link clicks, and recency patterns — an alert lands in your inbox immediately.
The alert includes:
- The contact's name and nurture category
- Their current intent score
- A plain-English explanation of why they've been flagged — which signals drove the score
- A direct link to their contact record
This means you can act on a hot lead from anywhere, even before you've opened NurtureHub.
Weekly Digest
Every week, NurtureHub sends a digest summarising the past seven days of nurture activity across your account:
