The Habit Tracker brings a structured daily check-in experience to the platform, helping members build consistency around movement practice and key health behaviours — and giving coaches a direct line of accountability to their athletes.
Overview
The Habit Tracker is a daily check-in system with two core layers:
- Movement Practice Streaks — tracks unbroken chains of daily movement activity.
- Custom Health Habits — lets members and coaches define and monitor specific wellness behaviours.
Together these create a lightweight, low-friction routine that reinforces the habits that support athletic performance.
Features
Movement Practice Streaks
Members can log their daily movement practice and the platform maintains a running streak count. Streaks are surfaced on the home screen to encourage consistency. Missing a day resets the streak, motivating members to maintain their momentum.
Health Habits
Three health habit categories are built in:

Members configure their own targets for each habit. Progress is logged through the daily check-in flow.
Coach Habit Assignment
Coaches and personal trainers can assign any combination of habits to individual athletes from within the coaching dashboard. Assigned habits are automatically added to the athlete's daily check-in, keeping goals aligned with the coaching programme.
To assign habits to an athlete:
- Navigate to the athlete's profile in the coaching dashboard.
- Select Habits from the athlete detail panel.
- Choose the habits to assign and set recommended targets.
- Save — the habits appear in the athlete's check-in immediately.
One-Tap Home Screen Widget
A home screen widget lets members mark habits as complete without launching the full app. Each habit appears as a tappable item on the widget. Completion syncs to the platform in real time and counts toward streak calculations.
Weekly Email Summaries
At the end of each week, both the member and their coach receive an automated email summary containing:
- Habit completion rates for each tracked habit
- Current streak lengths
- Notable milestones (e.g. new streak records)
This keeps coaches informed without requiring manual check-ins, and gives members a reflective view of their weekly consistency.
