Introducing Multi-Branch Support for Larger Estate Agencies

Introducing Multi-Branch Support for Larger Estate Agencies

NurtureHub v1.0.74

If you run an estate agency with more than one branch, you've always had to choose between keeping things tidy and keeping things simple. Separate accounts means separate logins, separate subscriptions, and separate admin overhead. One shared account means contacts, sequences, and brand voices getting tangled together.

With v1.0.74, that trade-off is gone.

One Agency. Multiple Branches. One Platform.

NurtureHub now supports sub-organisations — a way to model each branch of your agency (e.g. Foxtons Kensington and Foxtons Chelsea) as its own independent workspace, all under a single parent account on the Agency Pro plan.

Each branch gets:

  • Its own brand voice. The AI generates emails that sound like they come from that branch — the right name, the right tone, the right sign-off.
  • Its own contacts and sequences. A landlord managed by Kensington won't appear in Chelsea's contact list. Nurture sequences are fully isolated between branches.
  • Its own team. Staff at one branch see only what belongs to their branch.

One Bill. One Login.

Despite that isolation, everything shares a single Agency Pro subscription. No duplicate invoices. No juggling multiple accounts. Branch members switch between their locations using the org switcher in the top nav — no sign-out required.

Oversight for Agency Directors

Parent org admins get a view that branch members don't: cross-branch analytics. From a single consolidated dashboard, you can compare email engagement, sequence performance, and hot lead activity across every branch in your agency.

For a regional manager or director keeping an eye on multiple offices, this makes it straightforward to spot where nurture activity is strongest — and where it needs attention.

Getting Started

Multi-branch support is available now on the Agency Pro plan. To set up your branches:

  1. Go to Settings → Organisation → Branches.
  2. Click Add Branch and configure the branch name and brand voice.
  3. Assign team members.

For full setup instructions, see the Multi-Branch & Sub-Organisation Support guide.

As always, if you have questions or need help configuring your branches, reach out to the NurtureHub support team.
