Administrators can now view a consolidated summary of their organization's learning activity directly from the admin dashboard — no need to drill into individual courses to understand overall program health.
The Dashboard Widget
The new Course Completion Summary widget appears in the admin dashboard and displays three live metrics aggregated across every course in the organization:

|---|---|
| Completion Rate | Percentage of enrollments that have reached 100% course completion, shown as an organization-wide aggregate. |
| Total Enrollments | Combined count of all learner enrollments across all courses. |
| Active Learners | Number of learners currently in-progress across any course in the organization. |
Who Can See It
The widget is visible to users with administrator access. It is not available to learners or course-level instructors.
How It Works
The widget pulls data from existing course and enrollment records — there is nothing to configure or enable. As soon as you upgrade to v1.0.45, the widget will appear on the admin dashboard and populate with live data.
Use Cases
- Program health checks — Quickly assess whether learners are progressing and completing courses at expected rates.
- Engagement monitoring — Track the active learner count over time to spot drops in participation early.
- Reporting — Use the top-level enrollment and completion numbers as a starting point for stakeholder reporting.
